It's best to try to not to react at all, at first. Try to remove yourself from the situation, or if it helps, vent! It's best to try looking at it as a way to improve and positively than in a negative way! Reflect on it, and simply move forward. Think of constructive criticism as a new perspective and an eye opener!

I always take constructive criticism and try my best to apply it to my future tasks. Sometimes, depending on who it comes from, I may get offended but I always try and use it to better myself.
