Soccer in Brazil is one because it was colonized by Portugal which is an European country. It is, however, a fact that a certain Charles Miller, who was born in Brazil in 1874, and was educated in England, brought the first soccer and soccer equipment back to Brazil with him when he returned there in 1894. That's how Brazil was introduced to soccer.

When India was still divided into a number of Muslim and Hindu kingdoms, the Moguls conquered it.
g100num [7]

The correct answer is - True.

Prior to the Mughal invasion, India was divided into multiple smaller Muslim and Hindu kingdoms. They were in constant conflict with one another, and also were not any significant force individually.

The Mughals used this circumstances. They moved south from the Central Asia steppes, and by using the typical Mongol horde-style of warfare managed to defeat these small kingdoms with relative ease. Once they did that, they had under their control most of the northern half of India, and remained in the region for several centuries.

WHAT EFFECT DID THE MOUNTAINS HAVE ON THE GREEKS? HOW DID IT IMPACT THE WAY THEY LIVED?
ArbitrLikvidat [17]

Answer:

There was a limit on population

Explanation:

The agriculture was so low because of the type of soil there was and it made the Greeks travel to other colonies that possessed arable land. The mountains separated little communities from others so it made it hard to have just one government since the mountains made the rest of the population divided and isolated from each other. This is why there was two governments for the people divided by one side of the mountains and another for the other side of the mountain. Greece was not really unified when it came to governments because of mountains.

Hope that helps
