Why do strawberry cells need dna

Biology

Answer:

DNA is vital to strawberry cells because DNA literally makes up the fruit.

Explanation:

DNA manages all the cells activities and "tells" them what to do. DNA also gives coded regulations for the strawberry so that it can create proteins. Without the DNA, the strawberry cells wouldn't know what to accomplish and how to generate its own proteins, so, basically, strawberry cells would be completely helpless.

As species’ offsprings have mutations, those mutations can either give them an advantage or disadvantage in survival. If a certain trait is better than the other, that means there is a higher number of survival rate for the species, allowing them to reproduce and make that trait common. After time the species will look differently than what it did in the prior generations. That is evolution.

Darwin noticed that many organisms seemed well suited to
Elanso [62]

Answer:

survive in their environment

Explanation:

According to Darwin's theory of evolution, natural selection is the main mechanism. Darwin explains that organisms that have heritable traits that help them survive and reproduce, will be favorable by natural selection. Those favorable traits will enable organism to better adapt to their environment and to pass more genes on to the next generation (offspring).

Organisms adapt to their environment by changing their behavior, structural traits or physiology as a response to environmental change, so that they become well suited to it.

MrRa [10]
There are choices for this question namely:

A) genetic bottleneck.
B) sexual selection.
C) habitat differentiation.
D) founder effect.

The correct answer is founder effect. The definition of founder effect is the loss of genetic variation when a new population is established in a small number of individuals from a larger population. The larger population in the context is the ecosystem in Hawaii before it rose from the sea surface. After it rose above the sea surface, most organisms will not be able to survive in land but there will be a small population that can evolve from there.
