Answer:They can be developed in response to difficult situations. Grit is the will and force to climb out of a poor situation and continue on. Resilience can again, push someone to continue and strive for more. Adversity forces people into situations they normally can't escape without these two characteristics. Hope this helps.

What are your study habits? Do you tend to procrastinate? Or do you start projects early? How might you improve your habits?

When I get assigned a project I will see when it is due and divide the work up for each day so I can still get my work done without all the stress of doing it in one night when its assigned or doing it the day before its due. It works best for me that way but I'm sure other people will disagree to what way works best but that's just me.
