Answer:

Both food chains and food webs show the flow of energy in an ecosystem. However, food chains illustrate one path of energy, while food webs show multiple paths of energy and interactions among food chains.

About 90 percent of the energy at each trophic level is lost and not available to the next level. If the producer level has 100 units of energy, then 10 units of energy are available for the primary consumers.

Green plants. Just as 90 percent of the energy at each trophic level is lost, the amount of biomass is typically highest at the primary producer level and decreases in higher trophic levels.

Energy is lost to the environment in the form of heat.

how do I write an eight sentence paragraph about how drunk driving should be stopped that fully develops the topic?
Nezavi [6.7K]

1. You can first give an introduction sentence (a hook that would get the reader to be interested when reading this).

2. Make some long sentences in the middle of your paragraph and expand that sentences a little bit and don't say everything you need to say in a couple of sentences.

3. Put down a conclusion sentence that concludes what you said in the middle of your paragraph.

These steps should help you succeed in writing your eight sentence paragraph.

Your welcome.  :)

Should Madame Forestier give necklace back to the Matilda? Why or why<br> not?
MissTica

Answer:

1. Yes, Madame Forestier should give the necklace back to Forestier.

2. She should give her the necklace in order to help Matilda and her family get back on their feet financially because the repayment of the cost of a real jewelry badly affected them.

Explanation:

In The Necklace by Guy de Maupassant, Mathilde's greed and dissatisfaction with the little she had led her into borrowing a jewelry from Madame Forestier  which she believed were real. When she lost the jewelry at the event she attended with her husband, her husband spent about 10 years paying the cost of the jewelry, some 36,000 francs.

During the walk when Mathilde revealed the truth to Madame Forestier, I think it would be an honest and merciful act by the old lady to give back the real jewelry to Mathilde so as to help her family recover from the strain of paying all that debt.

Answer:

Puritans and the writers of the Revolutionary period have a

common perception on what they wanted and were trying to

establish from their governments. These values would have to

be freedom to practice their religion, independence, and

government. The Puritans were seeking a free land where they

could practice their religion without ending in punishment,

thus they founded the Plymouth colony where they could have

independence from their government and live their way of life

through what they believed. Likewise, the Revolutionary

period wanted to have a government that allowed them to

practice religion but now have it be the way they lived their

lives.
