Any time we have a radical, it can be simplified from  \sqrt[n]{x^m}  to  x^{ \frac{m}{n}.  The index becomes the denominator in our exponent and the power becomes the numerator.  So Sha should have simplified in her first step to 3^{ \frac{3}{4}.  She made the first mistake in the first step she did.  Your answer then is the third one down.
