Any time we have a radical, it can be simplified from  $\sqrt[n]{x^m}$  to  $x^{ \frac{m}{n}$.  The index becomes the denominator in our exponent and the power becomes the numerator.  So Sha should have simplified in her first step to $3^{ \frac{3}{4}$.  She made the first mistake in the first step she did.  Your answer then is the third one down.
