Three most important elements of weather are:

i. Precipitation

ii. Humidity

iii. Temperature

Further Explanations:

Weather is a state of atmosphere describing to the extent to which it is warm or cold, wet or arid, calm or thundery and clear or hazy. Most of its phenomena occur in the bottom most level of the “atmosphere”,in the “troposphere” just below the “Stratosphere”. It refers to everyday temperature and precipitation and climatic condition, averaging for over a longer span of time. When referred without much knowledge weather is taken as the weather of Earth. Three main components of Weather are:

i. Precipitation: It is water released from “clouds”as rain, glacial rain, sleet, hail, and snow. It is a primary connection that transports atmospheric water to Earth. Maximum precipitation falls on the Earth as rain.

ii. Humidity: It is the quantity of “water vapor”existing in the atmosphere in a gaseous state. It is among the most significant aspect of the atmosphere as it upsets the weather.

iii. Temperature: It is the degree hotness or coldness something of a body that determines the weather condition a lot.

Why don't the present shapes of the continents fit??

Answer-
One reason is because the coastlines of land masses change over time. If you map the edges of the continental shelves, the fit is much better.Changes in sea level, erosion, and deposition of sediment call all change the shapes of coastlines. What fit together even better than the continents themselves are the continental shelves. These areas were once dry land but dropped below sea level as Pangaea broke up. Even these can become somewhat distorted by tectonic forces.

According to this map, how did the United States answer the Soviet threat of missiles in Cuba?
Liula [17]

The correct answer is - by blockading the island with aircraft carriers.

After Castro came to power in Cuba, he immediately made an alliance with the Soviet Union. That was a devastating news for the United States, as that meant that their arch rival will be able to make its basis right next door to their territory.

The United States responded by blocking the island as much as possible, by using numerous aircraft carriers that circled around the island, they were trying to threaten them, and also to be able to block or to respond quickly to any attack from Cuban territory.
