What are two things we should be careful about when using adverds

English
1 answer:
babymother [125]3 years ago

If you're talking about adverBs, then you should be carful to use them in the right context, like if somone is feeling sad and does something, then you say that they did it "sadly". Also be careful to use them sparingly. Don't layer up with just adverbs. If you do, the writing becomes a whole lot more dense, and it gets boring to read.

Which statement best describes the theme of this stanza?
Airida [17]

This particular excerpt makes part of the bigger poem "The Tide Rises, The Tide Falls", written by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow between 1807 and 1822. In essence, this particular poem makes reference to the process of life, death and rebirth, through the image of the ocean, its movements, its activities and its effects on life. The poem is short, only three stanzas long, and most of it shows the sadness of life as it comes and then ebbs away, marking with it the time limitation on life.

In this particular excerpt of the poem, Longfellow is making reference to how natural events, like the flow of the sea, affect human beings, their lives, and links the two things, human life, and nature, by giving an almost human characteristic to the ebb and flow of the sea. This is why, the correct answer here is B: Human beings are challenged by events in the natural world.

Can someone please write a CER if "Are zoos helpful or harmful for animals"
nadezda [96]

Answer:

Zoos are helpful for animals. They make sure that the animal is safe and making their habitat look like where they would originally live. It also gives people the chance to see animals that they might not be able to see on their own. Personally my favorite animal is a panda and they only live in China and I  don't have enough time to go to China because it's in a different part of the world.  Quite frankly, they are very helpful for animals.
