Steve is stalking Catalina on the internet - he knows what she is doing, what she is liking, what she is into, everything about her based on her online profile and activities. He isn't stalking her in real life, but rather only online, which is why it is called 'cyber.' She can delete him from his friends, or set her profile to private, and he won't have access to her information.
