One way of using streamlining in daily routine is during the nights to make a planned schedule in which the next day is planned with the objective of optimizing the time of the activities. This planning will allow in life to perform work and recreation activities.  In addition this planning will allow schedules in food and sleep are necessary and enough for good health.
