Cuju, the soccer-like game in China, was introduced during the time of Qin Dynasty from 255 BC to 206 BC. Its popularity grew during the reign of the Han Dynasty's Emperor from 206 BC to 220 AD.
Initially, Cuju was played to train soldiers during the Qin Dynasty. It became a part of the Emperor's birthday celebration during the Han Dyanasty.
Cuju was played by both men and women. Its ball was made out of leather stuffed with soft fillings like fur. No hands must be used in playing the game. The ball must be kicked inside a net or a small hole. Team work is not needed since the focus of the game is to observe an individual's skills.

The answer is the fight or flight response.
The fight or flight response is a survival mechanism in the body in the nervous system. It is how we respond to a stressful situation and is there to protect us from harm. Therefore it is not a risk factor for violence. It's our bodies natural way to protect us from violence.
The other choices are sadly all risk factors for violence.
I’d ‘make’ them to have a deep conversation with me or sb from their family
And make an appointment with a psychologist (so they could describe or tell what they’re afraid of, what’s happening etc)
I’d send them funny things such as memes;) and do things that make them happy
I’d call/ text them everyday just to make sure if they’re ok and send them positive paragraphs
