The American Revolution was a provincial revolution which happened within 1765 and 1783. In the American Revolutionary, The Patriots in the Thirteen Colonies overthrew the British. With the support of France, gaining autonomy from Great Britain and building the United States of America inspired the other nation were after the war no colonial power able to capture the continent of America. This inspired political ideas of transformation throughout the globe, as a small fledgling country won its sovereignty from the biggest military capability of its time.
