Length (L): 3w + 8

width (w): w

Perimeter (P) = 2L + 2w

               128 = 2(3w + 8) + 2(w)

               128 = 6w + 16 + 2w

               128 = 8w + 16

                 112 = 8w

                   14 = w

Length (L): 3w + 8   = 3(14) + 8   = 42 + 8   = 50

Answer: width = 14 inches, length = 50 inches

Solve for x.<br> 3x = 6x – 2<br><br> x= 2/3<br><br> x=3/2<br><br> x=2
I am Lyosha [343]

Answer:

x = 2/3

Step-by-step explanation:

3x = 6x – 2

Subtract 6x from each side

3x-6x = 6x-6x – 2

-3x = -2

Divide each side by -3

-3x/-3 = -2/-3

x = 2/3

Thepotemich [5.8K]
Has 6 cups of berries

2/3 cup of berries  for each serving

Number of servings =    6 ÷ 2/3
                                       6 × 3/2 =  3*3 = 9      When ÷ changes to × invert the fraction.

Number of servings = 9

Find m∠A.<br> A. 32<br> B. 26<br> C. 27<br> D. 30
krok68 [10]
<h3>Answer: B. 26</h3>

============================================

Use law of cosines to find angle A

a^2 = b^2 + c^2 - 2*b*c*cos(A)

9^2 = 6^2 + 14^2 - 2*6*14*cos(A)

81 = 36 + 196 - 168*cos(A)

81 = 232 - 168*cos(A)

81 - 232  = -168*cos(A)

-151  = -168*cos(A)

-168*cos(A) = -151

cos(A) = (-151)/(-168)

cos(A) = 0.8988095

A = arccos(0.8988095)

A = 25.9979801

A = 26 degrees approximately
