What did the sumerians invent?

History
2 answers:

Sumerians are most popular due to how inventive they are. In my opinion, Sumerians were the most inventive and creative thinkers the world has ever seen. Their inventions have truly changed the world.

The Sumerians’ most well-known inventions are; The chariot, the sailboat, wheels, the plow, and much more. Those were, for the most part, invented to make farming and labor of any kind easier. (As the Sumerians were hard working farmers and inventors.)

They also created cuneiform, which is the first ever written language, and the game “Checkers”.

I hope this helps find what you are looking for,

-Austin.

solmaris [256]

President Jackson viewed the second national bank as a monopoly. He believed that the bank supported the wealthy class of society, while disregarding the lower social classes. President Jackson supported the normal unwealthy citizens, he ended up removing all federal monies from the bank and let everyone know that the US government would no longer utilize that bank.
