Answer:

The nurse should give fluids and water to the client.

Explanation:

The nurse should give water to the patient because the absence of bowel sounds means that the person has nothing in his or her digestive system. in other words, there is no food or fluids that can help to hydrate the body and if the person is thirsty, it means that his or her body is demanding water to help with dehydration.

Besides, the patient has the skin burned, so the natural barrier to stop dehydration ( the skin), is damaged. As the client can not retain water properly in his or her body, the person dehydrates quicker, so the client needs more fluids and water

The nurse should give fluid immediately.

In burns, the patient skin might be damaged to the point where it can no longer hold up the water. This will cause the patient to lose much water from the skin. It will be much more if the burns area is wide.
The client thirst, lower urinary output indicate a dehydration. Administering fluid via intravenous route is recommended if the patient can not do it orally.

elena55 [62]

Answer:

immediately

Explanation:

The ants move independently to search food from the nest, but at the same time they go away from the nest, they leave a way of pheromones, this is their mechanisms to return to the nest.

In average, the ants could take like 100 or 200 meters from the nest to search food, so 7 meters is a very small distance, and with the way of pheromones, they will return to their nest easily.
