- <u>Age of change </u><u>mentally</u>:
Adolescent age is a full of change.They think they are the best .they do not listen to elders. they think that they know everything.If someone say anything they will be angry.
2<u>.Age of change physically:</u>
During adolescents period they change physically too.the body parts were functioned properly.they have enough strength and power .To show the power they annoyance quickly even over small matters.
<u>3.Irritation</u>:
Sometimes elders say "now, you are not child you must need to take responsibility".and also say " you are not adult ,do whatever we say".this cause irritation on adolescent and show their rude behavior.
<u>4. Increase pressure on mind:</u>
In this adolescence period they think a lot a necessary and unnecessary one.While thinking there mind is out of their control and show a anger .And they feel along.
If you have good cardio respiratory endurance, then you'll be able to do rigorous physical activity for longer amounts of time, because like other muscles in your body, the more you stretch them the stronger they get and the longer they would last.
