Answer:

A dialogue is a written composition between two or more persons. The roots of the word dialogue come from the Greek words dia and logos. Dia means 'through'; logos translates to 'word' or 'meaning'. To take it one step further, dialogue is a conversation in which people think together in a relationship. Thinking together implies that you no longer take your own position as final.

Read charlotte's web and describe at least three major decisions the protagonist (main character) makes. Remember, we want our m
Verdich [7]

The three major decisions the protagonist are into the web, "SOME PIG," "TERRIFIC," "RADIANT," and "HUMBLE".

Because Charlotte, is the protagonist, who barn spider web with a variety of amazing abilities. Shortly after Wilbur the pig arrives at the Zuckermans' farm, Charlotte introduces herself to him and soon after becomes his mentor and ally as he gets used to his new life there. Charlotte is compassionate, pragmatic, maternal, and smart.

As a protagonist she imparts several teachings about self-awareness, self-control, and patience to Wilbur. In the end, Charlotte decides to use her webs as a ruse on the "gullible" humans. She weaves the words "some pig" into one of her webs to surprise the Zuckermans and convince them that a "miracle" has happened on their farm.

As Charlotte builds more and more webs, she works quickly because she knows in her heart that she doesn't "have much time" left. Charlotte as a protagonist devotes her time and effort to save Wilbur in the tragic but endearing bond between the two of them, even though she knows that this may be the endeavor that defines her life.

E.B. White through the protagonist emphasizes the worth and dignity of all life human and animal through the adventures of Charlotte and Wilbur and demonstrates the transformational power of real friendship.

The young docent welcomed the class to the museum, explaining that the east wing was under construction and he’d be leading them
Elden [556K]

This question is missing the options. I've found the complete question online. It is as follows:

The young docent welcomed the class to the museum, explaining that the east wing was under construction and he’d be leading them to the first exhibit. His fingers leapt to his name tag as he nervously introduced himself as "Liam, a student of the arts." Then he bade the group follow him. They traversed a vaulted hall lined with hulking objects, each one obscured by a faded tarpaulin. Some of the items stretched across the floor, others cast long shadows on the museum walls. What technique does the author use to build suspense in the excerpt?

A. word choice

B. quickening the pace of the story

C. intentionally omitting setting details

D. making the outcome of events uncertain

Answer:

The correct answer is C. intentionally omitting setting details .

Explanation:

The author of this passage only gives us enough information to know where the characters are, and that the place is a bit scary. We know it's a museum, but we don't know what it looks like. There are items, "hulking objects", but the author does not offer any details. We don't know what these objects are; all we know is that they stretch across the floor or cast long shadows. The same goes for the museum. The lack of details prevents readers from visualizing it clearly. We know the man and the class are at a vaulted hall. The color of the walls, the lighting, the atmosphere, all of it is omitted. That technique helps create suspense, since, without much information, we do not know what to expect.
