Moral majority was against on some developments that alarmed the Christian fundamentalists. They said that this developments has threatened some of the moral values of the country which includes civil rights such as gay rights movement because the religion is against it.

Moral Majority was established by Falwell which he described as Pro-American and Pro-Family. This organization is against on some developments that alarmed the Christian fundamentalists, which said these developments has threatened the country’s traditional moral values. These includes the civil rights movement, the gay rights movement and alike.
