A person who is pliable, like Ophelia, is said to be usually <em>easily influenced</em>. In "The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark" by William Shakespeare, Ophelia is one of the two female characters in the play. She is Polonius' daughter, Hamlet's lover, and Laertes' sister. She is easily influenced by those men around her. Polonius wants her to spy on Hamlet and to find the nature of his madness. Hamlet, realizing she spies on him, mistreats her and acts more lunatic like with her. The other two options are wrong. She is not extremely brave because she takes her own life, and she is very easily frightened by Hamlet.
