Specially they wanted to discuss abolishing state's trade barriers - but the attendance was low and the convention was not very successful. Their conclusion was sent to the congress nonetheless.

If we put these two concepts together we can see that the evaluation of written documents in the past can be analyzed for the significance of events, people and developments over time.
