- Students should be able to have meditation breaks during the day because <u>it improves their mental stability</u>.
- Students should meditate throughout their day because it allows for <u>better performance academically</u>.
- Meditation breaks are beneficial for students because <u>stress can be very exhausting and meditation can help with that to a big extent</u>.
