Yes she does, the total would be 19.26 dollars. First you make 7 into a percentage which is 0.07% (move the decimal to the left twice if it is out of 100). You then multiply it by 18, that should be .07x18= 1.26. You then add that 1.26 to the 18 and bam, it equals to 19.26 which is your answer.
