B. Water level and salinity.

Salt marshes are marginal wetlands that are overflowed and dumped by salt water produced in by the tides. They are marshy because the loam may be formed of deep mud and peat. Peat is made of decomposing plant material that is often various feet deep. However, Water level and salinity are the two properties which fluctuate in salt marsh.

B. oceanic & neritic

Oceanic & neritic are superficial marine ecosystem stretching from mean low water down to 200-meter (660-foot) depths, commonly corresponding to the continental shelf. These zones are the most fertile area of the ocean and are home to most of the fish species.

Nutka1998 [239]

Answer:

The effect might be due to the gene expression.

Explanation:

The effect might be due to the variation in the gene expression in the organism. In this way, the variety of the genetic pool is likely to result in a diversity of the gene pool or genome. Because of the mutation and the environmental factors, there is likely to be a slight variation of the species. This results in a slight difference in the phenotypic expression.
