These were elementary fragments of the 14-point agreement. President Wilson and his associates sought to implement the above points. Yet, they were not successful in these endeavors. Germany was declared the main culprit for the war. All the colonies were taken from Germany and had to pay huge war damages. Such conditions of peace will contribute to the strengthening of extreme nationalism in Germany and help Hitler come to power.
