Answer: A healthy life style means taking care of your body. Eating healthy foods is an important way to keep your body healthy and helping it grow. A healthy diet goes hand in hand with a healthy exercise routine. Exercise is also a crucial part of a healthy lifestyle. Without exercise, your body will not grow properly. Junk food is OK some times but it should not be something one eats every day. It should be a once in a while treat. One tip for a healthy lifestyle is enjoying being healthy. Your emotional health is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.  If you are healthy but you view it as a chore, you aren't going to be very healthy emotionally.
