  2. The victim is a 31-year-old Czech who lived in the area.
  3. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene at 12.22 am on Thursday.
  4. The cause of death is a traumatic subarachnoid haemorrhage.
  5. Zdenek Makar was involved in an altercation with a group of men inside Perfect Fried Chicken on East India Dock Road and he was then followed down the road and attacked.
  6. Two witnesses stated that no physical violence took place in the restaurant.
