Hoover's domestic policy was DIFFERENT from Harding's and Coolidge's because Hoover
enot [183]

Even though Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover were all presidents elected to office  for the Republicans, Hoover wasn´t really a conservative.

As the economy suffered due to the infamous stock market crash of 1929, Hoover explored non-conservative policies that his predecessors wouldn´t support. He expanded public works, signed into law the high peacetime tax increase and signed a tariff that would end up hurting foreign trade.

Why did the pharisees and sadducees dislike jesus
Arlecino [84]

Answer: They did not like Jesus or his teachings for many reasons but the main ones are. The first is this: they were jealous of Him. They also beilived that Jesus wanted to take away the teachings of Moses, when infact he came to "fufil the law." Second, The people loved Jesus, and they received Him gladly, but what they felt from the Pharisees was judgment. The only thing the Pharisees looked at was the people’s sin, and so they had a certain contempt for the common people. They saw Jesus associating with the common people and saw them cheering Him, loving Him. They couldn’t stand it because they were envious and suspicious of His popularity. Jesus also claimed to be, the Son of God. Which is something called blasphomy, one of the worst things a jewish man could do.

Growth, expansion and social change rapidly followed the end of the WAR OF 1812. Many an enterprising American pushed westward. In the new western states, there was a greater level of equality among the masses than in the former English colonies. Land was readily available. Frontier life required hard work. There was little tolerance for aristocrats afraid to get their hands dirty.

The west led the path by having no property requirements for voting, which the eastern states soon adopted, as well.

Who were homo habilis and homo erectus?
kari74 [83]
We will begin with Homo-habilis because habilis is the one that we believe was the first of the "great Ape" type creatures to have evolved to the point where he could be called "Homo" (MAN). I'm really not sure about "homo erectus" as I don't really believe there's much evidence of anything.
