First off please don't be so rude, Your wording is quite brash and unthankful.

Answer:

21 for the last box

For the top one its (7+21)÷2=14

and what It wants you to solve for be is unclear but its either 21, 28 or 14

Step-by-step explanation:

So lets work backwards here, she is left with 14 boxes after the fire, and it states that the fire took half of the boxes she had, so the oppisite of taking away half is multiplying by 2. So that gets us to 28, subtract the 7 she got at the start of the week and you get 21.

Answer for the second one:

So its 238 + 29 =267

Next box is 34 because 238 divied by 7

Suppose you redraw the map at the left using a scale of 0.5 centimeter : 1 centimeter. Does your drawing enlarge or reduce the s
Zielflug [23.3K]

Answer:

The new drawing at the left enlarges the size of the original drawing.

Step-by-step explanation:

If I draw the map at the left using a scale of 0.5 cm : 1 cm.

That means the 0.5 cm length in the previous drawing is redrawn in the new map as 1 cm length.

Since 1 cm is larger than 0.5 cm and it is two times of 0.5 cm, so the new drawing at the left enlarges the size of the original drawing. (Answer)

A population, P, of birds is doubling in size each year, according to the model P = 100(2t), where t reperesents years. What was
Usimov [2.4K]
The initial population size can be found by substituting values for "T"

At time zero, there are no birds because

·(2×0)×100=0

At time 1 there would be 200 birds this is because

·(2×1)×100=200

And the start besides time Zero would be at time 1, there for the initial population would be represented by the population at time 1, which is 200.

In conclusion the initial population in this equation would be 200.
