<em><u>United states </u>has the limited government,, also many other countries have limited governments... but no country in the world has unlimited government because either a nation has limited government or has no government ,,, but it is impossible for a country to have unlimited government,, <u>remember that </u>unlimited government and capitalist system are two different things... :) </em>
