While i think we should consider there intent a little i believe that times have changed a lot since then and to be honest they didnt really do the best job of including everyone in the og constitution. They also had no way of knowing about the tech we now have and how it comes into play.
There really isn't anything positive for a war at all just mostly negative and the bad things are the following: Lost so many innocent lives, soldiers lost their lives from wars and in camps and prisons, so much money that could've been used for better purposes was wasted on some war, and countries went from allies to enemies even to this day.
B is the most accurate because it is about gravity, and the moons influence on tides.
A has to do with plate tectonics, C has to do with lunar cycles and orbit, and D has to do with a misconception, because the moon does rotate but only slowly.
