law<span>") passed by Congress in 1890. Passed under
the presidency of </span>Benjamin
Harrison<span>, it prohibits certain business activities that
federal government regulators deem to be </span>anti-competitive<span>, and requires the federal government to
investigate and pursue </span>trusts<span>.</span>
