Inside

multiply both of the first terms 2c x 5c

then do the outsides of the terms 2c x -7

then the insides -1 x 5c

then the lasts -1 x -7

now add them all together

10c^{2} - 14c - 5c + 7 = 10c^{2} - 19c + 7

(2c - 1)(5c - 7)
2c(5c - 7) - 1(5c - 7)
2c(5c) - 2c(7) - 1(5c) - 1(-7)
10c² - 14c - 5c + 7
10c² - 19c + 7

Step-by-step explanation:

Givens

L = 3.5                                    Given

W = 5/7  *  3.5                        Divide by 7

W = 5 * 0.5                             Combine

W = 2.5

H = 4/5 * w

H = 4/5 * 2.5

H = 4 * 0.5

H = 2

Volume

V = L * w * h

V = 3.5 * 2.5 * 2

V = 17.5

Weight

1  Cubic foot Milk = 66.5 pounds

17.5 cubic feet milk = x

1 / 17.5 = 66.5/ x

x = 17.5 * 66.5
