Stay on topic, try to avoid personal talk in the essay but i would say add overall examples of everyday situations or just throw in some fun facts relating to the topic of course.
I did not answer question 4 but im preety sure the author was implying that this time of age only applauds the people who are difrent and better in there own ways.
