Answer:

The correct answer to the following question will be Option C (Collateral sprouting).

Explanation:

  • It is indeed a mechanism during which the sustaining motor nerve cells send axon destinations to re-innervate such muscles and recover muscle power to either the denervated tissues.
  • Restructuring of the brain processes effect by processes such as "axonal sprouting," through which fully intact axons decompose naturally nerve endings to reconstruct nerves whose connections have been weakened or detached.

Therefore, Option C is the right answer.

Answer: C) collateral sprouting.

Explanation:

The collateral sprouting can be defined as the process by which the motor axons send signals to the axon terminus typically in the case of denervated muscles to reinnervate the muscle fibers. This process helps in restoration of the muscle power.

This is a quick process to recover from the axon loss during an injury and due to degeneration.

This is a natural mechanism and is clinically effective in the process of restoring the function when the axons are injured.

The collateral sprouting is just like the process when tree branch is cut and other branches grow to fill up the empty space of the missing branch.

GalinKa [24]

Answer:

The Glorious Revolution had other positive effects on the colonies. The Bill of Rights and Toleration Act of 1689 affirmed freedom of worship for Christians and enforced limits on the Crown. In this way, the colonial legislatures established the right of self- government. Not only did Native Americans bring deer, corn and perhaps freshly caught fowl to the feast, they also ensured the Puritan settlers would survive through the first year in America by acclimating them to a habitat they had lived in for thousands of years.

<h2>The following is an argument regarding whether or not I/O psychologists should be licensed or not: </h2><h2> </h2>
  • In my opinion, it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to be a licensed practitioner. The reason for that is the situations or the cases an I/O Psychologist is concerned with are not largely physical or mental but are operational. Such situations need tactical skills more than theoretical knowledge associated with such situations, which in most cases, might not even exist.
  • Hence, it can be said that though the work of an I/O Psychologist is related to the psyche of the people he deals with, the methods that he uses to solve the problems need to be dynamic and not rigid. Thus, we can conclude that it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to bear a license for practice.

Well there's multiple holidays like banquets and had dancing, music and food.

festivals, ceremonies and traditions became an important part in the lives of many. The many rituals and festivals of Ancient Mesopotamian culture were based around rites of passage, such as birth or marriage.

I especially love the temples, The larger temples were called Ziggurats. In Mesopotamian temples there was a central shrine with a statue of a deity placed in front of the Altar so that all the congregation could see it. Worshiping the Gods is daily activity in conjunction with making sacrifices for the Gods and carrying out the Gods duties.

If Jeremy has social anxiety disorder, which is a safety behavior he might adopt in order to reduce anxiety in social situations
ivann1987 [24]

According to Psychological findings, If Jeremy has a social anxiety disorder, he might adopt safety behavior to reduce anxiety in social situations is "<u>asking other people lots of questions."</u>

This is because individual suffering from social anxiety disorder tends to exhibit irrational behaviors such as unnecessary anxiety, fear, self-consciousness, and humiliation.

Thus to solve or reduce the social anxiety disorder, it is expected that such individuals would be asking a lot of questions from people around to be sure of what is to happen next or what people feels is going to happen.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that asking other people lots of questions can reduce social anxiety disorder.
