Heart disease risk. The body does need fats for some body functions but it has to be health fats that your body can easily break down.

Saturated fats increases your cholesterol which may lead to heart disease or even stroke.

Weight gain - over eating food with saturated fats will add on extra calories in your body which results to weight gain. Unhealthy weight gain comes with all negative consequences to your overal health body some people can't do their normal work without losing their breath or they can't even stand long due to the unhealthy weight and there so many other negative effect of it.
