I’m guessing you are referring to the actual number in time like it’s three ten. In Spanish to say that it’s is 3:10 you would say “son las tres diez”.which in English it is translated to it is three ten.or in number form it would be it is 3:10.but you would need to specify if it’s the time or ratio of some sort.
