Well i would imagine that then the south would have had been able to keep its trade up with the Europe's which then they would have been able to fund their side more and have the proper resources to fight the war and may have won the fight.

Anti-Federalists were scared that the Constitution would make the government overly-confertalized and that it would diminish individual rights and liberties.
