Answer: Reliance on legal precedent

Explanation:

Reliance on legal precedent should be a key factor in court's ruling since if stakeholders cant's success on mediating their reliance on precedent forfeit, then any claim they'do therefore, it'll be taken under stare decisis doctrine. This comes from a judicial theory that states: when a pronouncement has built enough reliance, then a presumption against adjudicative change must follow.

If you were King George, what would you have done to prevent war AND keep her American colonies within the empire?
densk [106]

Answer:

If I were king George:

I would welcome American delegates who had traveled to London to listen to their complaints about the behavior of British authorities and the taxes.  I´d promise them to reflect upon their views and complaints and take a decision regarding taxes and ask army commanders for suggestions to improve the soldiers´ relationships with the colonists. In reality, I would make some concessions and improvements, I could ease the tax burden but only a little, as the finances of the empire were in bad shape after the Seven Years War with France and having to defend more territory in the New World.

The South's economy was primarily agriculture with a heavy focus on growing cash crops like cotton, tobacco, rice, and indigo. The West's economy was a mixture of manufacturing and agriculture. The different economies would drive wedges between the different sections and result in different societies and values.
