Em razão disso, como vivemos em uma sociedade preconceituosa e violenta é correto afirmar que é uma questão humanitária que mulheres trans possam cumprir pena em presídios femininos, já que é impossível garantir a segurança e integridade das mesmas em presídios masculinos.
Portanto, podemos concluir que a discussão envolvendo os direitos das mulheres trans deve ser vista de um ponto de vista humanitário, deixando-se de lado os conceitos arcaicos e preconceituosos que não podem mais se encaixar na nossa sociedade evoluída.
