Protein powder can help people tone their muscles and also helps in weight loss. Whey protein is most popular supplement, but despite its advantages it can damage the liver and the kidneys. It can also lead to dehydration and osteoporosis. The people who are suffering from serious liver or kidney problem should not take it.
