Decomposers and scavengers break down dead plants and animals. They also break down the waste (poop) of other organisms. Decomposers are very important for any ecosystem. If they weren't in the ecosystem, the plants would not get essential nutrients, and dead matter and waste would pile up.
Option A i.e Windmill manufacturers.
Option B i.e Solar panel companies..
Option D i.e Hydro power Dam engineers.
The above three groups would be benefited from the Paris Agreement as they deal with production of those types of energy which is clean and which don't emit (or emit very less) green house gasses, the root cause of climate change and global warming.

At first, the population of predators would spike and increase quickly, but then over time, gradually decrease.
(This is because at first there's more food, so the predators population increases. But overtime it begins to level out and the predators' population catches up with the prey, and in result, doesn't continue increasing.)
