Answer:    By creating an index of banned works

Explanation:   Also known as the Index of Forbidden Books, the purpose of which was to Counter-Reformation and prevent the canonical rules of the Catholic Church. As the Reformation itself meant some changes and different interpretations of the basic principles of the Catholic Church, this Index was to prevent any change and violation of the Catholic Faith. Thus, all books containing material that would "corrupt" or "misinterpret" the Catholic faith were found in this Index.

What did the federalist and anti federalist disagree on
Drupady [299]
The Federalists felt that this addition wasn't necessary, because they believed that the Constitution as it stood only limited the government not the people. The Anti- Federalists claimed the Constitution gave the central government too much power, and without a Bill of Rights the people would be at risk of oppression.

Vinvika [58]

Answer:

Roosevelt believed that the concentration in industry was a natural part of the economy. He wanted executive agencies (not the courts) to regulate business. The federal government should be used to protect the laboring men, women and children from exploitation.
