The cost of 25 student tickets is $75. If we take this away from the total amount, we have an equal number of student and adult tickets making $585.
One child ticket plus one adult ticket is $9.

585/9= 65.

Checking this:

65x3=195
65x6=390

195+390+75= 660

Therefore, 90 student tickets were sold, since 65+25=90.
