Synagogues across Germany were burned, Jews were placed in concentration camps and Jewish businesses were destroyed.

Further Explanation:

Kristallnacht is also known as the November program against Jews that was carried out by SA paramilitary forces and civilians all over Nazi Germany on November 1938. The German authorities did not intervened in this matter. In this damaging event, Jews homes, hospitals were attacked and damaged and their offices were demolished with sledgehammers. The Protesters also destroyed around 267 worship homes of Jewish people in Germany, Austria and Sudetenland and around 7000 Businesses of Jewish people were either damaged or completely destroyed.

The reason behind these attacks was the assassination of German diplomat whose name was Ernst Vom Rath and he was a Nazi. He was killed by a 17 year German born Polish Jew who lived in Paris. Around 30,000 Jewish men were arrested and were sent to concentration camps. Early reports of these attacks suggested that around 91 Jews were murdered but German Scholars from modern era have a view that the figure of death tolls was much higher.
