A plaintiff files the case against the defendant, the court hearing are processed and after gathering all the evidences and according to the law the decision is made by the judge who is a law expert.

In the case Brown v. Board of education the right to admission was not given to a brown colored skin child which caused a great distress for the parents and they filed a case against the board of education. The Supreme court gave the order to provide equality to all colors of skin and everyone should be able to avail the education and other facilities.
