Answer:

Brown v. Board of Education was a landmark judicial ruling by the United States Supreme Court that declared that state laws that established separate schools for African-American and white students denied equality of educational opportunities.

The ruling was delivered on May 17, 1954, unanimously (9-0) by the Warren Court; and established that "separate educational facilities are inherently unequal". With this, the Supreme Court reversed the existing precedents from Plessy v. Ferguson of 1896. As a result of this ruling, racial segregation came to be considered as a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. This ruling opened the way for racial integration and achieving civil rights for African Americans.

Answer:

Explanation: The ruling of the Supreme Court of the United States was so important that it is considered a historical judgment, since it ended the scourge of racism and therefore with the laws of Jim Crow that established racial segregation in public places, especially in schools. This ruling gave new opening to racial integration. It is no secret to anyone that racial segregation violated the Right to Equitable Protection, as well as the civil rights of African Americans. This Judicial ruling was issued against the Topeka Board of Education and openly stated that as of its establishment, that African Americans could enjoy the same equal educational opportunities as whites and the separate schools were terminated. However, to get to that moment, after the ruling was known, many schools accepted the situation but in some states violent events and racial disturbances occurred. Finally, it can be concluded that although several generations have passed since that historic ruling, racism still persists in United States but in a minimal proportion.

Beliefs of both Federalists and anti-federalists:

After the proposal of the new Constitution in the United States in 1787, the process of ratification became a prime subjects of argument as there arose two side to debate on it. Those who were in favour of the ratification and activation of new Constitution were termed as Federalists whereas those who were not thinking so, called the anti-federalists. Here are the prime beliefs of both the sides.

The Prime beliefs of both sides on the new Constitution's ratification

Belief of Federalists:

 • The proposed Constitution was important for the survival and further development of the nation.
 • A strong Government was necessary to excel after the previous failed Confederations.

Belief of Non-Federalists:

 • The powers of the government, mentioned in the constitution was specifically granted and prohibited for doing more than that.
 • The powers were separated into three groups rather than giving the complete authority an individual to control tyranny.
 • The Constitution provided the system of checks and balances which wasn't required as all the branches were able to take care of their checks and balances.
 • The Constitution provided addendum powers to the federal courts at the expense of the domestic courts which was unfair.
