There was one time, a normal person in the world, everybody knew him, he was really smart, strong, fast, active man, even people thought that he was like Superman, but it was his attitude who make him the best person in the world, to be a hero you do not have to fight the bad guy, is just to do justice to people who needs it. This hero name(wherever name you wanna put) was the best guy in the world, just to say the truth he was a police officer, and he fought the crime. There was once a time, that something just happened to() and he wasn't good enough to fight some really bad criminal, he let them go since he couldn't do it by himself, he "Gave Up", he knew he could do something to stop them, but he just didn't do it. () make a big mistake letting them go. He was a hero, and everybody put their hopes on him, but he just didn't say any word to the public. () Think for weeks what to do, he never figure out if go or just stay, but he learn from his mistakes, and he went and look up for those bad guys, and he fought them. They went to jail, and that is how () is now the best hero in the world, now only cause he put those bad criminal in jail. Because he learn from his mistakes.

Is that good??

A hero, in my oppinion, is sombody who can go out of their way for other people, they are kind, generous, and loyal. They can always come to those that are in need and always have a shoulder ready for you to lean on. What makes a hero a hero is their love to help the poeple that are around them and whenever they are needed, they can always be there ready for them. Like I've mentioned before, they way that heros act is always with kindness and generousity towards the people that are around them. And yes, heroes can make mistakes because as awesome as some of the people can be, they are still poeple that try to do their best and even after they make a mistake they always do thier best to fix it.

9. True. Standing behind a podium builds more authority than walking about when you speak is True because it shows an expression of power & stability; the podium is a sign that you are 'stable' in money-wise & that no one can mess with you.

10. False. If you speak eloquently (silver-tongued) then you have no problems saying something that is meaningful of great importance.

Read the following passage. Write the examples of simile that you find.
tensa zangetsu [6.8K]

Answer:

 • The lake was as warm as a Jacuzzi
 • We moved along the lake like a sloth
 • the stars glitter like Christmas lights.

Explanation:

The simile is the figure of speech that compares one thing to another in order to add up to the imagination of the description and make it more vivid. It highlights the certain characteristics of one thing to another using the words “as” and “like”

The parts of the passage that use the simile are:

 • The lake was as warm as a Jacuzzi – the author tries to underline the warmth of the water with this analogy by comparing it to the experience in the spa.
 • We moved along the lake like a sloth – with this simile, the author is describing the way they moved in the both, underling that they were very slow.
 • the stars glitter like Christmas lights. - author compares the stars to Christmas lines to put the accent on their brightness and shiness.
