If they directly tell you to round off once you have the answer, you should simply use a calculator but write out the actual value and write out the simplified one after it. I can't really see the question so I'll assume the first number should be 8. The answer is 1.165292268 but rounded off to 4 significant figures it's 1.1653. Hope this helps ;)
