C gloomy mood.

Explanation:

Romeo has been turned down by Rosaline . He thinks he is in love with her but she is not. This has led Romeo  into depression. Therefore, he has locked himself in his room and he does not feel like getting up. So, he does not want the sun beans to get into his chamber or room. This atmosphere represents' Romeo's gloomy or sad mood.
