The Allied Powers consisted of the United States, whose President was Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the United Kingdom, whose Prime Minister was Winston Churchill, and the Soviet Union, whose General Secretary was Joseph Stalin. The Axis Powers consisted of Germany, whose dictator was Adolf Hitler, Italy, whose dictator was Benito Mussolini, and Japan, whose Emperor was Hirohito. I hope that helps!
